Most of the 39 Marina Court apartments overlook an open air courtyard
with a fountain and gardens. The tables and chairs are available for use by resident owners, tenants and their guests
to eat, drink, read newspapers or pass the time of day during good weather.

Carpark Buidling and Garden Areas
A multi level carpark is situated across the rear access road. There
is a lift to all levels of the car park building including the top two levels which are comprised of gardens and sitting out
areas, one of which is covered. There are excellent views across St Peter Port town, its harbour and the neighbouring
islands.

All Weather Tennis Court
On the top level of the multi-storey carpark there is a tennis court
which is operated by the Marina Court Health Club. It is available to apartment owners and tenants as well as other health
Club members. When the weather is kind to them residents of varying abilities use the court
on Sunday mornings to play social tennis - some take it more seriously than others!

Health Club and Cellar Door Wine Bar
Within the complex there is a Health Club and Wine bar, both of
which are privately owned. They each complement the overall facilities and are popular with residents, tenants and other clientelle.
The Health Club has a fully equipped gymnasium, sauna, heated indoor swimming pool, changing
rooms and rooftop tennis court.
The Cellar Door Wine Bar has its own gift shop and health food restaurant with some outdoor
tables.
